Mike & Sam - Crewe

Mike and Sam in Crewe wanted to transform their forever home into a spacious and modern haven.

We managed the design, planning permission, and build project, which included a full-width rear extension and a side upper-floor extension. The renovation added a larger kitchen, two additional bedrooms, a new ensuite, a downstairs toilet, and a utility room.

The project also involved structural knockthroughs, full house rewiring, replumbing, and the installation of an electric boiler with new water and 3-phase electric feeds. To top it off, we added skylights for natural light throughout.

Mike and Sam now have the spacious, functional home they’ve always dreamed of!
